Please be aware of ongoing phone scams targeting international students. Scammers may pretend to be from immigration or other authorities, asking for personal information or money. 

Do NOT share your passport number, bank details, or any personal data over the phone. 

Official authorities will never ask for payments or personal details through a phone call. 

 If in doubt, contact your university’s international student office immediately. Let’s stay alert and protect each other.
